We use it once, to create your TwinPet. You decide whether we keep it for her yearly refresh — otherwise it's gone.
Which platforms does she live on?
She lives on both macOS and Windows, right on top of your apps. One account covers both of your desks.
What if it doesn't look like my pet?
Tell us within 7 days and we'll regenerate her free — as many tries as it takes to get those whiskers right.
What happens if I cancel?
They stay, and every trick they've learned stays too — forever. Cancelling only stops new ones.
Can I have more than one pet?
Yes — add a second pet for $4.99/mo. They'll share your screen, and occasionally a nap spot.
Which pets do you support?
Cats and dogs shine brightest today, but any pet with a clear face photo works — rabbits, hamsters, birds, even your bearded dragon.
